Always plan to arrive on time for your class to settle on your mat and be fully present physically & mentally.


Hydrate well before your classes


Avoid any heavy meals two hours before your Yoga classes and four hours, especially before your Yin Yoga classes.


You are encouraged to bring your own mat


Ananda studio provides other Yoga props you might need for your practice. Let us know if you have a specific need that will make your Yoga experience an accessible one


Wear comfortable, non-restricting clothes for your Yoga classes


Always bring an extra layer or light jacket, especially for your Yin class as the body temperature tends to cool down
